On June 26, Jing Dawei, director of non-ferrous metals department of the ministry of industry and information, and his group came to Boqian new material industrial park to investigate the development of new materials industry, accompanied by Wang Liping, deputy of the national people's congress and relevant leaders of the municipal economic and credit bureau.

　　In Boqian new material, Jing Dawei and his group went deeply into the production workshop of nanometer nickel powder and understand the production process. In the corporate pavilion, Zhao Dengyong, director of mobile relocation, introduced in detail the main products of Bo Qian's new materials, technological innovation achievements and the honors.

　　Later, it convened an exchange meeting. Jing Dawei, director of non-ferrous metals department of the ministry of industry and information, Zhang Junru, deputy director of the municipal economic informatization commission, Wangxin, director of the economic development bureau of Suqian hi tech development zone, and Wang Liping, NPC deputy, attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, Wang Liping, deputy of the National People's Congress, put forward two hopes for the development of the new material industry.

　　1. Speed up the process of making industry standard.

　　It is hoped that the national industry standard verification department will shorten the standard formulation cycle. Speed up the speed of quality standard in every subdivision of new material industry. Guide the leading industry of superfine metal powder industry to formulate industry standard in time according to market demand. Guide enterprises to participate in the formulation of international standards, national standards and preemption of technical standards. Occupy the industrial heights and provide a good environment for promoting the high quality development of the industry.

　　2. Give preferential policy to export tax rebate

　　It is hoped that relevant ministries and commissions of the state will jointly cooperate and comprehensively implement policies. Carry out export tax rebate policy for ultrafine metallic powder as soon as possible. Work out a timetable and roadmap to effectively promote the policy making process. Set up the corresponding export tax refund code subdirectory under the existing product category. It will also be included in the export tax rebate category to promote R & D investment of enterprises, promot the continuous upgrading of preparation technology of ultrafine metal powder.

　　Jing Dawei showed, the State encourages the export of high and new technology products. The development of new material industry is also in line with the requirements of "made in China 2025". At present, the ministry of industry and information has reached a preliminary opinion, will strive to introduce new material industry standard in the first quarter of next year. At the same time, it is emphasized that Suqian is in the middle stage of industrial development, should focus on the development of characteristic industries and give full play to the advantages of backwardness.
