Lingyun Media has a well-known women's fashion website Ellie fashion, mainly engaged in navigation website advertising, women's fashion website brand advertising business and special offer business. Its major customers includes well-known electric business platform like Vipshop, lafaso, Suning E-commerce and Nuomi, automotive websites like XCAR and Bitauto, as well as the well-known game sites like 9377.
According to the public announcement issued by Guangbo Stock on the evening of December 9, 2014, the company planned to purchase 100% shares of Lingyun Media by issuing shares and paying cahs, and raised matching funds. 80% is paid by issuing shares, that is, 0.64 billion yuan. And 20% is paid in cash, that is, 0.16 billion yuan.
