On the afternoon of February 19, NPC delegate and Guangbo Group president Wang Liping went to Suyu district to inspect environment and atmospheric hazeinspectionwork, accompanied by deputy district head Xu Haitao.

　　Wang Liping inspected district EPA air automatic monitoring station, Suqian Hongxin industrial wastewater treatment plant, and Zhangjagang Suyu industrial wastewater treatment plant. Checked the progress of each management work and listened to the report given by relevant person in charge.

　　Wang Liping thinks,environment and atmospheric haze treatment will help improve regional environment, promote the construction of ecological civilization, realize the harmonious development of economic society and the environment, which is an important content in current district environmental management work. He suggests, relevant departments should establish a long-term mechanism, further strengthen the pollution source management. Meanwhile, should actively plot, strive for financial support, ensure the sustainable operation of the sewage treatment plant, promote continuous improvement of regional environment and atmospheric haze, and make due contributions for achieving sustainable economic and social development.
