The company actively conducts new employee orientation

　　In order to make the new employee fit into the company faster, on March 5, the company organized 2013 new employee orientation.

　　According to the arrangement of training, new employees watched the DVD video of the company, listened to the HR director explaining employee working norms and system, notice on signing labor contract agreement, company departments and their functions, company culture and institutions, which let new employees have a deep understanding of the company’s extraordinary development course.

　　It is said that the HR department elaborately arrange the training courses and actively organize orientation. In order to let new employees have a better understanding of the company’s prospects and status, the training mainly covers the company’s development history, corporate culture and human resources management system. According to the features of personnel on different positions, constantly innovate the training content and training methods, use scientific way to solve the difficulties and problems met during the training, let new employees fit into the role as soon as possible and start working.
