Recently, to have an in-depth study of advanced management method and promote management of basic work to a higher step, Boqian nano officially starts “5S management training work”. At the end of August, about 30 management staff from each workshop and department attended the first training, which hosted by the colleague from Ningbo Guangbo nano.

　　This training mainly pointed out the problems currently existed in Boqian nano’s management and introduced the necessity of implementing “5S” management. Later, it explained the concept and connotation of “5S” management, as well as relevant theories on finishing, straighten out, sweeping, cleaning and quality. The training required to put “5S” management into the company’s current production operation and basic management goal. And list “5S” management as an important content in strengthening the management in the future. First start from the study of management staff, then gradually promote to all workers. Form a new situation of standard management, create a clean, comfortable and reasonable working environment, achieve the enterprise target of zero work-related accident, zero defects, zero inventory and zero waste, so as to further improve the quality and promote the enterprise image.
