In the run-up to May Day 2020, our company’s classification workshop3 won the honorary title of “Worker Pioneers” in Suyu District.

　　Since it was established, as a representative tough hardworking team in our company’s production system, classification workshop3’s technical backbone and frontline employees have carried out a number of technical improvements to optimize and improve the workshop’s production efficiency and operating environment while finishing various production tasks.

　　According to the classification factory’s director Wang Haiyong, as a workshop with more posts and workflows, classification workshop3 actively organizes training for employees to learn the operating procedures for each post, and enhance their operational skills and attainments in production, so that employees love their jobs, take initiative, work in unity, help one another and go where they are needed. They create the good image of a “Tough Team” for the company’s employees.
