On the morning of September 27, a group led by Zhi Suping, Member of the Party Group of Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province and Director General of Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province, came to Suqian and investigated on the scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property work of Suqian. They had the field investigation on Boqian New Materials Industrial Park accompanied by relevant staffs of Boqian for introduction and explanation.

　　During the investigation, Zhi Suping spoke high of our innovation spirit and offered her suggestions and opinions on future development. She indicated the problems they learned from the investigation shall be studied earnestly and they would positively seek for coordination. She expected for the vast enterprises having great confidence in science and technology work and intellectual property work of our province and attaching top priority to high-quality development. Firstly, increase the quality of patents, promote the output of high-quality patents by enhancing original innovation and service quality of service organs; secondly, based on service for enterprises, promote scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property work of enterprises with joint efforts of multiple parties and provide support for high-quality enterprise and social economic development.
