On the morning of November 6, 2019, relevant personnel from Information Promotion Department of Suqian Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Boqian New Materials and Jiangsu Information Technology Security Evaluation Center jointly held the activity “Emergency Drill Concerning Cyber Security” of Suqian City.

　　The drill was designed on account of the contingency plan for cyber security of industry control system of Suqian City. Once any Grade IV cyber security incidents happen in the industrial enterprises participated in the drill, the affected enterprise and department in charge of industrial cyber security shall make responses. The subject involved in the drill is about quality data server infected with RansomWare.

　　Before the drill, the Information Center of Boqian New Materials has made thorough careful preparations with the help of Jiangsu Information Technology Security Evaluation Center, made out detailed scheme and procedures, specified operation cautions of each link, and formed the organization and process to cope with cyber security incidents.

　　In the drill, the Information Center of Boqian New Materials immediately sent notice to the person in charge upon receiving the report on security incidents as soon as there was a Hacker intrusion, who then reported to the person on duty of department in charge of industrial cyber security to start the emergency response to cyber security.

　　This is the first time Boqian New Materials carried out a cyber security drill. Through the drill, we’ve analyzed the procedure of emergency response to cyber security and perfected the emergency response mechanism. The persons engaged in the drill knew well of their responsibilities and improved the effectiveness and handling capability of responding to emergency cyber security incidents.
