    1. Construction of the New Materials Industrial Park (Phase III) commenced;

    3. The company completed its shareholding restructuring and was renamed "Jiangsu Boqian New Materials Co., Ltd.";

    2. Guangxin's "Zhejiang Guangxin Micro-Nano Powder Materials Technology Enterprise Research Institute" was designated as a Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute;
    3. Guangxin's project "R&D and Industrialization of Key Technologies for the Preparation of Ultrafine Metal Powders for High-Capacitance, Small-Size MLCCs" won the Second Prize of the Ningbo Science and Technology Progress Award.
