The Company's R&D Center was established in 2011 and has been successively designated as a Suqian Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center, a Suqian Municipal Demonstration Engineering Technology Research Center, a Jiangsu Provincial Nano Metal Powder Materials Engineering Center, a Jiangsu Provincial (Boqian) Metal Ultrafine Powder Preparation Engineering Technology Research Center, and a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
We have assembled a well-structured and highly capable R&D team. As of December 31, 2025, the R&D team comprises 119 members, accounting for 10.8% of the total workforce. Among them, 16 members hold master's degrees or higher, representing 15.1% of the R&D team. Core R&D personnel possess an average of over several years of relevant industry experience. The team brings together multidisciplinary expertise spanning materials science and engineering, materials chemistry, and physical chemistry, ensuring a balanced professional structure and robust talent pipeline. With a sustained focus on cutting-edge areas such as micro- and nano-scale metal powders, multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) electrode materials, and alloy-coated powders, the team has achieved a series of breakthroughs in fundamental research, process development, and industrial application, laying a solid talent foundation for the Company's technological innovation, product iteration, and industry standard formulation.
The Company's R&D efforts are focused on the following priorities: (1) continuously optimizing and advancing the development of flagship products—nickel powders with particle sizes of 80 nm and below; and (2) progressively increasing R&D investment in copper and alloy powders, with priority given to bringing photovoltaic-grade copper powder to market, thereby accelerating the application of copper and nickel powders in low-silver and silver-free solutions, and facilitating the commercialization of related products.
The Company places strong emphasis on the accumulation and investment in technological R&D, adhering to independent innovation. As of December 31, 2025, the Company holds 181 valid authorized patents, comprising 144 domestic patents (including 64 invention patents and 80 utility model patents) and 37 overseas patents.
While advancing internal innovation, the Company actively engages in industry-university-research collaborations with renowned universities and research institutions to facilitate technology upgrades and new product development. Leveraging diversified partnerships, the Company can flexibly and efficiently integrate external expertise and resources, effectively complementing and enhancing its internal R&D capabilities.
