Series Report - Management Training

Management trainings has been conducted in August. All trainees discussed and shared their experience of production management through theme trainings including The Importance of Cooperation between Departments, Standardization of Workshop On-site Management, Workshop Cohesion Training, Executive Training, Professional People Doing Professional Things, and 5WHY Problem Analysis.

After continuous management trainings, the trainees have learned and discussed from small problems in a positive learning atmosphere. They have expressed that management trainings are beneficial to their daily management work and enhance company’s production efficiency.
