Probation Review: Charting a New Course Company Hosts 2025 New Employee Probation Review

Recently, the Company organized the 2025 probation review for new graduate hires. Over ten fresh graduates from R&D, Sales and other departments presented comprehensive reports covering their probationary work, achievements, reflections, and future plans, successfully transitioning from "campus life" to "professional life" and injecting fresh momentum into the Company's high-quality development.

The review adopted a "individual presentation + on-site Q&A" format. An evaluation panel comprising HR and department heads conducted comprehensive assessments across work competency, professional conduct, and teamwork.

During the presentations, the new employees articulated their growth trajectories through concrete case studies: across R&D, marketing, and administrative roles, they rapidly familiarized themselves with business processes, actively participated in new product testing, report writing, and client engagement. They not only translated academic knowledge into practical capabilities but also demonstrated strong learning agility and adaptability in cross-functional collaboration and ad-hoc assignments.

The panel recognized the new employees' performance, noting their rapid team integration, proactive task ownership, solid professional foundations, and positive work attitudes within a short period. The panel also provided constructive feedback on areas for improvement, encouraging continuous learning, deeper business engagement, clear career direction, and early development into role specialists.
