Company Convenes Production and Operations Special Meeting Reviewing 2025 Achievements, Deploying 2026 Spring Festival Production Support

On January 24, 2026, the Company convened a special meeting on production and operations. Chairman Wang Liping presided over the meeting and delivered work deployment directives. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the Company's 2025 business development, affirming achievements in production operations, technological innovation, and quality control over the past year, and made systematic arrangements for production support during the 2026 Spring Festival period.
The meeting noted that 2025 was a year of overcoming challenges and achieving steady growth. Facing sustained strong demand in the MLCC market and the trend toward product premiumization, the Company actively responded to market changes, continuously advanced technology upgrades and process optimization, and further consolidated its core competitiveness in the high-end electronic materials sector. With full-year sales orders at capacity and customer demands for product quality and consistency continuously rising, the Company's production system withstood tests in efficiency, resilience, and delivery capability, achieving high-quality stable supply.
Chairman Wang Liping extended special thanks to management cadres and all employees fighting on the production front lines. He stated that the past year's achievements would not have been possible without the concerted efforts and dedication of all employees, particularly the professionalism and commitment demonstrated by the production team when facing high-intensity tasks, laying a solid foundation for the Company's sustained development.
Regarding 2026 Spring Festival production arrangements, Wang Liping emphasized that to ensure market supply and meet customer demand, production lines would continue operating during the Spring Festival period.
