    On the afternoon of February 18th, Boqian New Materials held 2024 management cadres mobilization meeting. The meeting reviewed and summarized the achievements and shortcomings of 2023, deployed new year’s work plan and clarified the development direction for the new year. Chairman Wang Liping attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Management cadres from Suqian and Ningbo production bases attended the meeting and gave reports.

    Chairman Wang Liping pointed out that in the new year, we must unify our thinking, clarify our goals, and maintain the resolve to overcome challenges head-on in the face of the current complex external environment. Department heads must proactively act, fulfill their responsibilities, and steadily advance their work, identifying new drivers and seizing new market trends and opportunities. Production, R&D, and sales departments must collaborate closely, innovate collaboratively, and build an efficient, effective, and comprehensive system.

He emphasized that "reducing costs, increasing efficiency, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure" is the focus of work in 2024. All departments must work closely together and strictly follow the company's requirements and regulations to do a good job in reducing costs, improving quality and increasing efficiency, focus on solving issues and things that may affect benefits, concentrate on improving the company's benefits, establish a strong orientation towards practical work and results, and help the company develop with high quality.

    Finally, Chairman Wang Liping stated that the key to measuring a company's success lies in its ability to generate returns for shareholders and increase employee income. We must boost confidence in development and strengthen our driving force.
