Boqian New Materials 2025 Economic Work Conference was successfully held

On the morning of January 18th, Boqian New Materials Company held 2025 Economic Work Conference. Senior company leaders, department heads, technical personnel, and outstanding employee representatives gathered with other staffs from Suqian production base via video link to review the 2024 operating results, commend outstanding groups and individuals, and outline the development blueprint for 2025.

The conference began with general manager Chen Gangqiang's annual work report. He comprehensively summarized the company's significant achievements in production and operations, market expansion, and technological innovation in 2024. He noted that despite the complex and volatile global market environment, the company maintained steady growth in 2024, particularly achieving substantial progress in R&D and market development in the new materials field. He stated that the company will continue to adhere to innovation-driven development, enhance core competitiveness, and promote high-quality development. At the same time, the company will further strengthen internal management and optimize resource allocation to ensure the smooth completion of all tasks.

The meeting then moved on to the commendation session, where a number of employees and teams who were dedicated to their work, innovative, and achieved outstanding results were recognized, fully demonstrating the company's high recognition of its employees' hard work.

During the commendation ceremony, the 2024 Technological Innovation Model Award was particularly noteworthy. The winners have applied for and obtained numerous international and domestic patents in the field of technological research and development. Chairman Wang Liping presented the winners with certificates of honor and bonuses, encouraging all employees to emulate their examples, be bold in innovation, and strive for excellence.

During the presentation by representatives of advanced workers, two outstanding employees from the Ningbo and Suqian bases shared their work experiences and insights. As frontline employees, they deeply understand the importance of teamwork and lean production, and expressed their commitment to maintaining a rigorous work ethic and contributing to the company's high-quality development.

Then, management cadre representatives from the Ningbo and Suqian bases also took the stage to speak. They reported on their respective departments’ work in 2024 and their work plans and goals for 2025 from production management, market development, and technological research and development,etc.

The conference also listened to the 2024 annual audit report of the New Materials Company, reviewed the company's major measures in preventing risks, improving management, and improving quality and efficiency, and meanwhile clarified the focus of internal control audit work in 2025.

Finally, the company's chairman, Wang Liping, delivered an important speech.
