To advance refined, standardized, and efficient workshop management and consolidate the foundation of production operations, on September 17, 2026, the on-site manager training camp for production workshops at the Ningbo Base of the New Materials Company successfully concluded after two and a half months. The training closely followed the core orientation of “discipline oneself and cultivate character to manage oneself, pursue lean improvement to manage the site, and unite people with a people-oriented approach to manage the team,” comprehensively improving the overall capabilities of on-site managers.
